I studied Naturopathy in Melbourne, at the Australian College of Natural Medicine. I then moved to Wollongong where I continued to study and received my qualifications as a Remedial Massage Therapist.

I combine my knowledge in both natural medicine and massage to treat and help clients achieve their goals for better health. I am passionate about using food as medicine and I work towards educating my clients about the importance of good nutrition.

Being a long distance runner for many years, I value the benefits of ongoing maintenance of the body. I have gained years of experience in treating and assisting sports people with a variety of exercise related injuries, and I enjoy getting them back on the field to do what they love doing.

Hi, I am the sole Chiropractor at Dapto Remedial Therapies and the only female Chiropractor in the Dapto area. My approach to treatment is the use of a range of low force techniques with a strong focus on soft tissue releases and mobilisations.

I have had great results with patients suffering from headaches and migraines, those with sporting related musculoskeletal injuries and the elderly with pain and mobility issues related to the Lumber spine and pelvis.

In 2013, I completed a Bachelor of Sport & Exercise Science at Wollongong University, followed by a Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University; graduating in 2017. I incorporate a combination of chiropractic techniques including; adjustments, targeted muscle release, functional movement assessment, dynamic taping and injury prevention strategies to keep you functioning at your optimal level. I also have a special interest in neurology, paediatrics and prenatal care, and sports rehabilitation.

From a very early age I've been involved in the health wellness and fitness sector, whether it be competitive or work. I believe food is the key to 'wellness' and when it comes to movement - I recommend finding something you love to do, then it won't feel like exercise!
